Ministry for Foreign Affairs provides its services for companies and associations. The TradeCom Facility
The TradeCom Facility programme provides trade-related technical assistance to ACP countries. The TradeCom Facility is divided into three main, complementary, components, each with its specific beneficiaries and results: (1) Formulation of trade policies, (2) Trade negotiations and (3) Implementation of trade policies and international trade agreements. This programme is financed by the European Development Fund and its beneficiaries are regional or inter-regional organisations, ministries or authorities in charge of trade policies, private sector associations or other non-state organisations, amongst others.
